Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

While we understand that we cannot make everyone happy, we promise to do our very best to do just that. We will always do our best to give any information that you need and describe our items as accurately as possible. Please read all information for an item and ask any questions before you buy. You can always call a customer service representative toll free between 8AM and 5PM EST.

All sales are final. We will accept unused returns within 7 business days. Buyers must contact us upon receipt of merchandise asking for a return authorization. Item must be in same exact condition as received and completely unused for merchandise credit of purchase price. We will only refund the amount of the item itself after we have received the item and it is found to be in the same condition as when we originally shipped and we will then charge a fifteen percent restocking fee. All material damaged in transit must be settled with the freight carrier upon receipt and noted on receipt. No warranty, guarantee or liability (if any) is stated or implied on any product beyond the manufacturer.  When returning a defective item (i.e. a light that does not work), the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.  Once the item has been returned and tested, we will either replace, or refund the purchase.  If the item is tested and indeed found to be defective or faulty, the shipping price incurred to the customer will be refunded as well.

In the rare circumstance where the product does not match the description, we will pay for shipping back to our location and for shipping of the correct item to you. Of course you will be entitled to a full refund if you would rather not have the correct part after our rare mistake. It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction. We guarantee to correct this type of rare mistake as quickly as possible.  


Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Conley, GA location unless otherwise specified.  Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
 All orders being shipped to locations inside of the lower 48 states are FREE!! Some items can not be shipped outside of the lower 48 states due to size and weight restrictions.  If you feel that your shipping rate is calculated wrong, please feel free to contact us so that we can make sure you are getting the best shipping rate we can offer.

 

 

 

We will use our discretion when shipping products to you.  If you require that your order is shipped via a specific carrier, please contact us prior to ordering and we will make sure we get it sent as specified.
